They are a cotton blend and have so. many. pockets. A truly jack-of-all trades pant. The short ended up being a bit too short for me (I'm 5'4"). Never worn out, only tried on at home and realized my sizing mistake. My loss is your gain! These pants are no longer made, which is a shame because they are a gem!
